Key Ideas Program

The Key Ideas Program is designed to encourage feedback, ideas, and solutions from Southwest Key staff across the agency. Each quarter, ideas that are submitted will be collected and reviewed by a small group of human resources staff and then summarized in a report to the Quality Assurance Committee. Staff whose ideas are adopted by the Board and then implemented by the Agency will be recognized for generating and submitting their Key Ideas.

Please Note: The Key Ideas Program is not intended to replace the Southwest Key grievance policy. If you have a complaint please follow the procedure outlined in the Southwest Key Employee Guidebook.
