Welcome to the IT Help Desk! Here employees are able to access TrackIt! Web. The user interface to our Help Desk tracking system. Very soon, users will be able to also request that new users be setup via a handy form.

• Click above on the Track-It! logo to submit work orders and view the status of existing work orders.
• First time users: you will see several Security Warnings that ask if it is okay to install various Track-It Controls. Simply click Yes for each one.
